The Illinois Valley Democrats (La Salle, Bureau, Putnam counties) are scheduled to meet 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 25, at the La Salle VFW, 2325 Donahue St.
The primary is over and now focus will turn to the on November General Election. There is work to be done in order to get candidates elected, the party said in a news release. All Democrats are invited and encouraged to attend. Food can be purchased through the La Salle VFW.
