The lower Fox River between McHenry and the Algonquin dam is back open for boating after flooding prevented activity on the river.

Princeton High School recently announced that class of 1946 alumnus Clay Skinner endowed a $25 million scholarship fund to support Princeton High School’s graduates pursuing postsecondary education annually.

Oswego Police joined forces with the Illinois State Police, local law enforcement and highway safety partners for this enforcement effort.

This year’s Ogle County 4-H Public Presentations Contest was held Saturday, Feb. 28, at the Oregon Church of God.
