A Wisconsin man has admitted that he sexually assaulted a child in Harvard more than 10 years ago and was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

The McHenry City Council last week voted to remove Alderwoman Bobbi Baehne's house from the TIF district.

The residential property located at 19923 East Grant Highway in Marengo was sold on April 10. The purchase price was $310,000.
