Rinaldis married 50 years

Roger and Karin Rinaldi of Seneca celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2009, with friends and family at Francesca’s Bryn Mawr in Chicago.

The event was hosted by their five children. Roger Rinaldi and the former Karin Swanson united in marriage on Sept. 12, 1959, at St. Michael’s Episcopal in Evanston, Ill.

Roger and Karin are both retired music educators.They have two sons, Keith Rinaldi of Chicago and Paul (Alicia) Rinaldi of Richardson, Texas, and they have three daughters, Gayle (Kerry) Frey of Chicago, Julie Rinaldi of Chicago and Nancy (Tyrone) Williams of Chicago. They also have six grandchildren, Marshall, Madison and Rachel Spicer, Sanora and Isaac Rinaldi and Maya Williams.
