PORT HUENEME, Calif. – Kelly Ann Lenhart, 40, of Port Hueneme, Calif., formerly of the Dixon-Sterling area, passed away suddenly Monday, Aug. 9, 2010, in Port Hueneme, Calif.
Kelly was born Dec. 28, 1969, in Dixon, the daughter of Gary and Sally Lenhart. She resided in and attended public schools in the Dixon-Sterling area. Kelly resided in Fair Oaks and Citrus Heights, Calif., since 1985. She graduated from Del Campo High School, Fair Oaks, Calif., in 1988, and attended American River College.
Kelly was a real estate title escrow officer for the past 12 years, most recently for Chicago Title Insurance Co., Port Hueneme, Calif.
Survivors include her father, Gary E. Lenhart of Citrus Heights, Calif.; her mother and stepfather, Sally J. Lenhart-Preising and Richard Priesing of Las Vegas; her sister, Mindy Lenhart of Palm Springs, Calif.; two brothers, Josh Lenhart and Kip Lenhart, both of Pine Cove, Calif.; one stepbrother, Michael Priesing of Huntington Beach, Calif.; her paternal grandmother, Nelda Lenhart of Milledgeville; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins in the Dixon, Sterling, and Milledgeville communities.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Ira and Twylah Woodrow of Dixon; and her paternal grandfather, Robert Lenhart of Milledgeville.
Memorial celebration of her life will be at a later date in the Sterling-Dixon area. More information will follow. Private burial will be at Oak Knoll Memorial Park, Sterling. Arrangements were completed by Coast Cities Crematory, Ventura, Calif.
