Deonte M. Culpepper, 25, of the 3500 block of West 84th Street in Chicago, was charged Friday, Dec. 28, with Class 3 theft.
James E. Howard, 23, of the 300 block of West Roosevelt Street in DeKalb, was arrested Friday, Dec. 28, on an original warrant for possession of marijuana.
Bryant C. Turner, 20, of the 800 block of Fotis Drive in DeKalb, was charged Friday, Dec. 28, with theft under $500.
Seth G. Seidelman, 27, of the first block of Spring Garden Drive in Montgomery, was charged Saturday, Dec. 29, with two counts of domestic battery.
Sandwich
Jesus O. Villa, 20, of the 300 block of Wentworth Street in Sandwich, was charged Saturday, Dec. 29, with consumption of alcohol by a minor and resisting a peace officer.
Daniel C. Thom, 21, of the 100 block of North East Street in Plano, was arrested Sunday, Dec. 30, on a failure-to-appear warrant for consuming and possession of alcohol by a minor.
