MORRISON – Grace M. Hepner, 85, of Morrison, died Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013, at Pleasant View Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Morrison.
She was born Sept. 19, 1928, in Moline, to Carl A. and Helen (Sievers) Kraklow, and married Frank G. Hepner on June 4, 1948, in Coal Valley.
She is survived by three daughters, Louise Fuller of Chattanooga, Tenn., Beth (Chuck) Dewyre of Vadnais Heights, Minn., Irene (Bill) Kolb of Albuquerque, N.M.; one son, Carl (Cheryl) Hepner of Rock Falls; two sisters, Marge (Alan) Baker of Eldridge, Iowa, Darlene Schmidt of San Marcos, Texas; three brothers, Dan (Melanie) Kraklow of Muscatine, Iowa, Duane (Betty) Kraklow of Taylor Ridge, Allen (Barb) Kraklow of Toulon; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one daughter, Anne Marie Frank; two brothers, Carl Kraklow and Dave Kraklow; and one grandson.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Morrison, with the Rev. Mark Winkelman, senior pastor, and the Rev. Mike Winkelman, associate pastor, of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Morrison, officiating.
Graveside service and interment will be at 3 p.m. on Friday at Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Taylor Ridge.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Friday at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Morrison.
A memorial has been established.
