Carol Stream industrial property reaches full occupancy

CAROL STREAM – Cushman & Wakefield real estate services firm recently announced that a long-term lease brought a 275,000-square-foot industrial property in Carol Stream to 100-percent occupancy, according to a news release from the firm.

Diamond Marketing Solutions, a marketing company that creates, produces and deploys data-driven communications in print and digital response media, now holds a lease for 185,000 square feet of the property owned by TA Associates Realty at 900 to 910 Kimberly Drive.

In a big expansion move, the marketing company will relocate its headquarters from Bloomingdale to the building in Carol Stream.

The company chose the space because it’s close to the company’s employee base, and the property has an existing build-out of 30,000 square feet of office space, the release stated.

Britt Casey and Chris Lydon, industrial brokerage specialists based at Cushman & Wakefield's Rosemont office, represent property owner TA Associates Realty as exclusive agents for the building at 900 to 910 Kimberly Drive.
