Mary C. Estrada

STERLING- Mary C. Estrada, 76, of Sterling, died Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2015, at CGH Medical Center in Sterling.

Born July 2, 1938, in Sterling, she was a daughter of Alex and Antonia C. (Gonzales) Regalado. She married Jessie Estrada. He preceded her in death. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Sterling. Mary enjoyed visiting with friends in the green room.

Surviving are a daughter, Melissa (Rudy) Delgado of Sterling; sisters, Helen (Pete) Delgado of Sterling, Theresa (Stanley) Williams of Parump, Nevada, and Sylvia (Jube) Manzano of Sterling; brothers, Michael (Margaret) Regalado, Tom Regalado, and Louis Regalado, all of Sterling; granddaughter, Ilyssa Delgado; two stepgrandchildren, Braydon and Marcus Delgado; and several nieces and nephews.

She also was preceded in death by a son, Xavier “Bobby” Regalado; a grandson, Xavier Delgado; two brothers, Joe and Andrew Regalado; and a sister, Mary Ann Rodriguez.

Visitation will be from 8:30 to 10:15 a.m., with prayers at 10:15 a.m., Saturday at McDonald Funeral Home in Sterling. Celebration of the Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary Catholic Church, with the Rev. Adalberto Sanchez, celebrant, officiating. Cremation rites will be accorded. Private burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Sterling.

A memorial has been established.
