DUI

Denis P. Burns, 28, 502 Prairie View Drive, Minooka, was charged at 6:33 a.m. Feb. 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content above 0.08 and improper lane use in the 100 block of Lambert Road.

Marijuana possession

Christina A. Beckley, 21, 5719 Antler Lane, Westmont, was charged at 12:52 a.m. Feb. 10 with possession of less than 30 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at Roosevelt Road and Parkside Avenue.

Property damage

A stop sign was damaged at 7:46 a.m. Feb. 9 at Hillside and Glenwood avenues.

Public indecency

Wayne A. Nulicek, 61, 703 W. Liberty Drive, Wheaton, was charged at 8:48 a.m. Feb. 12 with public indecency in the 500 block of Duane Street.

Battery

Farhad Khamesiyeh, 22, 282 E. St. Charles Road, Carol Stream, was charged at 7 p.m. Feb. 8 with battery in the 300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.

Traffic violations

• Arnold Ozuna, 32, 650 Butterfield Road, Lombard, was charged at 9 a.m. Feb. 11 with obstructing identification, driving while license suspended, speeding in a school zone and an in-state warrant at Park Boulevard and Raintree Drive.

• Davonta C. Moore, 20, 131 E. Fullerton Ave., Glendale Heights, was charged at 6:40 p.m. Feb. 9 with invalid registration at Lorraine Street and Hillside Avenue.

• Danavia R. Simpson, 32, 1719 E. Roosevelt Road, Wheaton, was charged at 11:02 p.m. Feb. 12 with driving without a license, operating a vehicle with expired registration and an in-state warrant at Roosevelt Road and Briar Street.
