WAUCONDA – Anyone interested in learning how to make hard cider and cheese will have a chance to do so this spring a Briar Hill Farm, 29583 N. Gossell Road, Wauconda.
A workshop was held Sunday and another is scheduled for 10 a.m. May 9. Registration is $50. All participants are able to sample their products and will have leftovers to take home, according to the farm.
