Frank Ybarra Sr.

NORTHGLENN, Colorado – Frank Ybarra Sr., 81, of Northglenn, formerly of Sterling, died Monday, April 27, 2015.

Frank was born July 17, 1933, in Sterling, the son of Jose Delores and Trinidad (Cabrera) Ybarra. He married Maxine Antonette Hurd in 1962.

Survivors include his wife; seven children, Theresa (James) Leary, Phil (Robin) Ybarra, Jay (Stephanie) Ybarra, Frank (Nicole) Ybarra, Bobbi (Greg) Kyle, Dorothy (Steve) Roth, and Johnna (Tim) Jacobsen; 17 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation was Wednesday at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel in Thornton, Colorado. A Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. today at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Northglenn. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery in Brighton, Colorado.
