Lincoln-Way East’s Class of 2015 on New Lenox graduates

Board Member Ron Lullo, valedictorian Brianna McKenna, East Principal Sharon Michalak, Superintendent R. Scott Tingley, Board President Kevin Molloy, Board Secretary Christine Glatz, Board Vice President Dee Molinare, salutatorian Sedona Cady, Board Member Arvid Johnson, and Board Member Christopher McFadden attended the Lincoln-Way East graduation ceremony for the Class of 2015.

NEW LENOX – In a special commencement ceremony held at the school's stadium.
550 students recently graduated from Lincoln-Way East High School

Valedictorian Brianna Mckenna and salutatorian Sedona Cady led students on to the stadium field as East musicians played “Land of Hope and Glory” by Elgar. East Principal Sharon Michalak congratulated East’s Class of 2015.

The National Anthem was sung by students Megan Arseneau, Emma Hansen, Thomas Hoblin, Alexandria Irby and Daniel Provis. McKenna and Senior Class President Jimmy Finn addressed the students.

Finn paid tribute to former classmate Patrick Mizwicki who passed away in a tragic accident freshman year.

District 210 Superintendent R. Scott Tingley addressed the members of the Class of 2015.Board of Education member Christopher McFadden congratulated the graduates on behalf of the board.
