DUI
Constance Pedersen, 50, of the 9100 block of Willow Lane, Mokena, was charged at 2:52 a.m. Aug. 2 with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use and disobeying a traffic control device at 127th Street and Timberline Drive.
Marijuana possession
• Branden Delk, 20, of the 7800 block of Knottingham Lane, Downers Grove, was charged at 2:03 a.m. Aug. 1 with possession of drug equipment, possession of marijuana and failure to yield turning left at Lemont and Bluff roads.
• Damian Keenehan, 19, of the 500 block of Redondo Drive, Downers Grove, was charged at 1:42 a.m. Aug. 1 with possession of marijuana at International Parkway and Lemont Road.
• Justinas Skrebe, 30, of the 100 block of Willow Lane, Willow Springs, was charged at 8:49 p.m. Aug. 7 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at Division and State streets.
Traffic violations
• William Armstrong, 33, of the 100 block of Testa Drive, Naperville, was charged at 8:06 a.m. Aug. 2 with driving while license suspended and no insurance at State and Custer streets.
• Gustavo Medrano-Tovar, 46, of the 2100 block of 219th Street, Sauk Village, was charged at 8:22 p.m. Aug. 7 with no valid driver’s license at Main and Stephen streets.
