The Crystal Lake South boys hockey team tied New Trier Blue 4-4 Saturday at Winnetka Ice Arena in Winnetka.
The Gators scored twice in both the second and third periods to earn the tie. Timmy LaRue, Harrison Hinz, Evan Jewson and Peter Mateo all scored for the Gators.
Bobby LaRue had two assists and Josh Albrecht made 31 saves in net.
