The Crystal Lake South hockey team won both of its games Friday against Plainfield and CHFS at the PREP Thanksgiving Showcase Tournament in Rolling Meadows.
The Gators defeated Plainfield, 6-2, and CHFS, 3-1.
Bobby LaRue led South in scoring with three total goals and an assist, while the Gators got single goals from Leo Johnson, AJ Saputa, Mike Tanzillo, Sean Ready, Timmy LaRue and Peter Mateo.
Josh Albrecht and Jacksen Applequist recorded wins in goal for South.
