The Crystal Lake South hockey team defeated Chicago Latin, 4-3, Saturday at Leafs Ice Center in West Dundee.
South's Eric Helm had two goals, and Mike Tanzillo added a goal and an assist. Harrison Hinz scored and Josh Albrecht made 44 saves for the Gators.
