Drug paraphernalia possession
Delaine Payton, 23, of the 100 block of North Marion Street, Oak Park, was charged at 11:55 p.m. Feb. 4 with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license suspended at Butterfield Road and Highland Avenue.
Resisting an officer
John Shiner, 52, of the 600 block of West Liberty Drive, Wheaton, was charged at 5:22 p.m. Feb. 4 with resisting a peace officer and criminal trespass to land in the 1000 block of Burlington Road.

• Juan Vazquez-Renteria, 25, of the 100 block of State Street, Aurora, was charged at 9:32 a.m. Jan. 29 with driving under the influence of alcohol, no valid driver’s license and no insurance in the 5400 block of Main Street.
• William Smith, 28, of the 300 block of Hill Street, Raynham, Mass., was charged at 12:54 a.m. Jan. 30 with DUI of alcohol in the 800 block of Ogden Avenue.
• Richard Flor, 22, of the 1900 block of 63rd Street, was charged at 6:54 a.m. Jan. 30 with DUI of alcohol at Washington Street and the railroad tracks.
• Daniel Blaney, 25, of the 4500 block of Douglas Road, was charged at 11:44 p.m. Jan. 30 with DUI of alcohol at 55th Street and Grand Avenue.
• Aurelio Victoria, 36, of the 300 block of North Avers Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 12:36 a.m. Jan. 31 with DUI of alcohol at 31st Street and Highland Avenue.

• Alexis Suarez, 19, of the 1800 block of South Wenonah Avenue, Berwyn, was charged at 2:23 p.m. Jan. 31 with retail theft in the 2900 block of Finley Road.
• Sapan Mandal, 37, of the 1300 block of Finley Road, Lombard, was charged at 9:31 p.m. Feb. 1 with retail theft in the 3300 block of Finley Road.
• Catalytic converters were stolen from three vehicles between 12:26 p.m. Jan. 31 and 1:49 p.m. Feb. 1 in the 1000 block of 75th Street.
