Why does the city of Joliet keep hiring outside consultants to tell us what's wrong with downtown Joliet?
I've noticed a lot of the alleyways in the downtown area need cleaning especially around Saint Mary's Church approaching Chicago Street over the Ruby Street Bridge looks awful. Ruby Street from Broadway east needs resurfacing.
Make the area look nice and clean and you will attract more business proposals.
