• Darnel Martinez, 44, 500 block of Waterford Drive, Oswego, was recently charged with obstructing a peace officer, a Class 4 felony, for allegedly obstructing an officer’s orders, causing a struggle and later, injury to the officer, according to Kendall County court records. Martinez’s bail was set at $15,000 and a court date of June 29 was set.
• Cody Henshaw, 22, 2700 block of River Bend Lane, Plainfield, was recently charged with two counts of delivery of a look-alike substance, Class 3 felonies, stemming from two incidents that occurred in Kendall County, according to court records. The incidents allegedly occurred on June 16 and June 13. Bail was set at $20,000 and a court date of July 14 was set.
• Victor Gapuz, 22, 2200 block of Carpenter Avenue, Plainfield, was recently charged with three counts of delivery of a look-alike substance, Class 3 felonies, stemming from three incidents that occurred in Kendall County, according to court records. The incidents allegedly occurred on June 2, June 13 and June 14. Gapuz’s bail was set at $20,000 and a court date of June 24 was set.
• Paul Dannewitz, 52, 300 block of Mallard Lane, Sandwich, was recently charged with multiple drug-related felonies stemming for several incidents that occurred in Kendall County, according to court records.
Dannewitz was charged with delivery of between 10 and 30 grams of marijuana, a Class 4 felony, stemming from a Feb. 11, 2016, incident. He was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, a Class 2 felony, and possession of a controlled substance, a Class 4 felony for allegedly delivering between one and 15 grams of cocaine on Nov. 19, 2015.

• Julian Longino, 27, of Bolingbrook, was recently charged with multiple drug-related felonies stemming from two incidents that occurred in Kendall County, according to court records. Longino was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, a Class 1 felony, and possession of a controlled substance, a Class 4 felony, for allegedly delivering between one and 15 grams of cocaine on April 6.

• Justin Logue, 26, 800 block of North Charles Street, Plano, was recently charged with retail theft, a Class 4 felony, for allegedly stealing less than $300 worth of merchandise from Casey’s General Store, having already been previously convicted of retail theft in Kendall County, according to court records.
A motion to set bail was set, and a court date of July 8 was issued.
• Jesse Martin, 23, 15900 block of Route 52, Newark, was recently charged with several sex-related felonies stemming from incidents that occurred between Dec. 31, 2015, and of Feb. 25, 2016.
Martin was charged with criminal sexual assault by someone in a position of trust/authority, a Class 1 felony, and criminal sexual abuse, having been at least five years older than his victim, a Class 2 felony, stemming from the Dec. 31, 2015 incident.
