Michael Zasada, a 2006 McHenry High School graduate, will be inducted into the Eureka College Hall of Fame on Oct. 14.
Zasada ranks No. 2 on Eureka's career rebounding list (863) and No. 8 in scoring (1,329). He also was fourth on the single-season scoring list (579) and fourth on the single-season rebounding list (266).
Zasada, a 6-foot-4 forward, was selected as the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Year for 2010. He also received All-Midwest Region Second Team by D3hoops.com and made the SLIAC All-Tournament team that year. He led Eureka in scoring (21.4) and rebounding (9.9).
Zasada follows his wife Nicole, a former Eureka women's basketball player, into the college's Hall of Fame.
