Elmhurst Park District to hold State of the Park District address

ELMHURST – The Elmhurst Park District will its inaugural “State of the Park District” address at 7 p.m. Sept. 29 at The Abbey.

Presentations will be made by Park Board President Vince Spaeth and Executive Director Jim Rogers, which aims to provide a current look at park District projects, accomplishments and future plans, while also serving as an introduction and overview of how the park board and district serve the entire Elmhurst community.

Networking will begin at 7 p.m., and the presentation begins at 7:15 p.m. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.

The Abbey is located at 427 W. St. Charles Road in Elmhurst.
