Crystal Lake South's hockey team defeated Lake Zurich on Sunday, 8-0, at Leafs Ice Centre in West Dundee.
Michael Tanzillo, Anthony Saputa and Eric Helm scored two goals apiece, and Nick Losh and Michael Helm each scored one. Michael Helm also had three assists, and Tanzillo and James Benages had two apiece. Also with assists were Evan Jewson, Eric Helm and Midas Bacidore.
Hunter Schmidt made 15 saves to earn the shutout.
