• Jaclyn M. Gomez, 28, 1481 Briarwood Drive, No. 2, Crystal Lake, was charged Sunday, Nov. 20, with resisting a peace officer and obstructing identification.
• William Tyson Leistritz, 43, 14411 Kishwaukee Valley Road, Woodstock, was charged Wednesday, Nov. 23, with burglary, retail theft, disorderly conduct and resisting a peace officer.
• Justin Michael Hubly, 35, 746 Pointe Drive, Crystal Lake, was arrested Tuesday, Nov. 29, on McHenry County warrants for two counts of battery and one count of unlawful delivery of alcohol to a minor.
• Jeffrey Fell James, 51, 987 Golf Course Road, No. 1, Crystal Lake, was arrested Tuesday, Nov. 29, on a McHenry County warrant for failing to appear in court on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
• Michael Thomas Johnson, 59, 1372 Dolo Rosa Vista, Crystal Lake, was arrested Tuesday, Nov. 29, on a McHenry County warrant for failing to appear in court on a charge of driving under the influence.
• Robert Dale Foster, 30, 665 McClure Ave., Elgin, was arrested Wednesday, Nov. 30, on a Kane County warrant for failing to appear in court on a charge of driving under the influence.
• Michael Jacob Banet, 23, 99 Capella Court, Lake in the Hills, was charged Thursday, Dec. 1, with disorderly conduct.
• Michael Timothy Blaney, 29, 234 N. Main St., Crystal Lake, was charged Friday, Dec. 2, with domestic battery.
• Scott Christopher Kacer, 46, 10 Kent Ave., Crystal Lake, was charged Friday, Dec. 2, with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregarding a traffic light.
• Jillian Lee Shadwell, 26, 1925 N. Orleans St., No. 2D, McHenry, was charged Saturday, Dec. 3, with domestic battery.
• Cassidy Star Corcoran, 23, 3912 S. Cherry Valley Road, Woodstock, was arrested Monday, Dec. 5, on a McHenry County warrant for retail theft.
• Christopher John Kafka, 33, 650 Crestview Drive, Fox River Grove, was charged Tuesday, Dec. 6, with theft.
• Walter Agnew Moist, 38, and Therese Eleanor Lancaster, 67, 939 Nottingham Lane, Crystal Lake, were arrested Wednesday, Dec. 7, on McHenry County warrants for filing a false police report.
• Kenneth Gerard Williams, 58, 1510 Skyridge Drive, No. 1, Crystal Lake, was charged Sunday, Dec. 11, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than .08 percent, aggravated driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and driving with a revoked license.
• Alex Gonzalez, 23, 202 E. Railroad St., Apt. 2A, Marengo, was charged Wednesday, Dec. 14, with aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a minor.
• Kathleen Melinda Burk, 50, 1586 Skyridge Drive, No. 1, Crystal Lake, was charged Wednesday, Dec. 14, with retail theft.
• Alan Richard Bokowski, 60, 1382 Dolo Rosa Vista, Crystal Lake, was charged Thursday, Dec. 15, with two counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault, and criminal sexual assault.
