Why are you seeking a seat on the Oswego Village Board?

To continue working with a Board who work together as a team with a clear vision for the future

What differentiates you from the other candidates running for board seats?

As a fifty year resident of Oswego, I bring a unique perspective to the board in that I have
watched our community grow from 1,800 to 34,000 residents. As a real estate professional, I
understand the changing demographics and am responsive to the needs of everyone from young
professionals looking to locate here to active seniors who wish to retire here

If elected, what would be your top priority as a board member?
Economic development

What project or projects would you like to see the village accomplish over the next four years?
Revitalization of our downtown and consideration of alternative revenue sources to maintain
quality services to our residents while keeping our property tax rate flat

What can and should the village do to foster local economic development, especially in the
downtown area and along Routes 34, 71 and Orchard Road corridors?

The creation of a TIF District will foster economic growth in the downtown and surrounding areas
and bring diverse shopping, dining, housing and business opportunities to our community
