ROCK FALLS – A long-vacant manufacturing site east of town has been sold, and the new owners will rent out space for warehousing, logistics and manufacturing.
Robinson Investments Ltd., a Bellefontaine, Ohio-based company, has bought the former Stanley Black & Decker building at 41 U.S. Route 30 for $3.8 million. The deal was finalized late last week and announced Monday.

The sprawling 640,000-square-foot building will be known as the I-88 Distribution Center LLC. The deal includes 124 acres of land that is strategically located about a quarter-mile from the interstate.
