Batavia Masonic Lodge to serve benefit pancake breakfast

BATAVIA – An all-you-can-eat lumberjack breakfast fundraiser will support charities and scholarships from 7:30 a.m. to noon Oct. 29, announced the Batavia Masonic Lodge.

The menu will offer pancakes, eggs, sausage, juice, coffee and other items at the lodge, 28 N. Van Nortwick Ave., Batavia. The requested donation is $6 for adults, $3 for children age 10 and younger and $15 for a family of four. Also available is the King Solomon's Pass, which can be used throughout the year, and entitles the bearer to six breakfasts for the price of five.

Proceeds from the breakfast support local and state charities, including the Guy P. Vance scholarship fund for a high school senior to attend Waubonsee Community College. For more information, call 630-768-2705.
