HOMER GLEN – A 18-year-old woman and 26-year-old man both died in a car crash in Homer Glen, according to the Will County Coroner’s Office.
On late Saturday, Simone Radde, 18, of Homer Glen, and Allan Wisniewski, 26, of Lemont, were pronounced deceased at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox after sustaining multiple injuries from a car crash, the coroner’s office said.
Radde was the driver of a car involved in a head-on collision that occurred on West 143rd Street and South Creme Road in Homer Glen. Wisniewski was the driver of the second car involved the crash.
A preliminary autopsy report showed both drivers died from multiple injuries. The Will County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the crash.
The final cause and manner of death for both drivers is pending police, autopsy and toxicological reports.
