Barbara A. Loy

MORRISON – Barbara A. Loy, 79, of Morrison, died Thursday, Jan. 4, 2018, at her home.

Barbara was born Aug. 4, 1938, in Clinton, Iowa, to Cecil W. and Evelyn (Cochran) George. She married Richard H. “Dick” Loy on June 4, 1960, in Morrison. Barbara was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Morrison.

Survivors include her husband, Dick; three daughters, Lisa Loy of Chicago; Wendy Loy of Indiana; and Deborah (Todd) Etheridge of Dixon; one son, Dick (Bonnie) Loy Jr. of Keystone, Iowa; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Donald George in infancy.

There will be no funeral service or visitation. Cremation rites have been accorded. Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

A memorial to CGH Health Foundation has been established.
