PRINCETON — Maria "Mary" L. Seiler, 95, of Princeton passed away Tuesday, Jan 16, 2018, at her home.
She was born June 18, 1922, in Newark, N.J., to Nazareno and Lina (Delguercio) Ditrolio. She married Alfred J. Seiler June 29, 1946, in Newark, N.J. He preceded her in death on Feb. 26, 1997.
Mary worked as a secretary for Merck Pharmaceutical in Rahway, N.J., for many years. She enjoyed playing golf, along with many other outdoor activities, and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by one daughter, Sharon (Steve) Saunders of Princeton; one daughter-in-law, Beckie Seiler of Princeton; and two grandsons, Kyle Saunders of McHenry and Ken (Alicia) Saunders of Villa Park.
She was preceded in death by her husband and one son, Karl Seiler.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of services at noon Saturday, Jan. 20, at the Norberg Memorial Home in Princeton. The Rev. William Shields will officiate. Burial will take place at Kellers Cherry Valley Cemetery in Stroudsburg, Pa., on Thursday, Jan. 25.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for the distribution to the charity of their choice.
