Mr. and Mrs. A.L. Stutzman will celebrate 70th anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. A.L. Stutzman

Mr. and Mrs. A.L. Stutzman of Sterling will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary.

Luther Stutzman and the former Phyllis Wahl were united in marriage Feb. 15, 1948, at the United Methodist Church in Princeton.

They are the parents of four children, Gregg (deceased in infancy), Sandy (Ray) Lisy of Morris, Jan (Larry) Lepianka of Walnut and Kay (Steve) Bierman of Longboat Key, Fla. They also have five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

The couple farmed in the Tampico area and Phyllis was a volunteer for the American Red Cross for 42 years.

A family celebration is planned in Florida.
