Hiring process underway for new Popeye's location in DeKalb Oasis

DeKALB – The hiring process is underway for a new Popeye’s Restaurant in the DeKalb Oasis Travel Plaza, 2700 Crego Road.

HMSHost, a world leader in creating travel dining venues according a news release from the company, is looking to hire numerous full- and part-time positions. They will accept applications through Saturday between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

HMSHost spokesperson Pauline Depakakibo said the restaurant is to open by mid-April and will be hiring around 20 entry-level positions, six shift supervisors and an assistant manager.

Opportunities are also available in three other new Popeye’s locations in Belvidere, South Holland and Lake Forest. Applications are available at hmshost.com/careers.
