Facing battery charge

Sandwich police arrested Delilah Kubisak, 24, of Hilda Drive, Sandwich, on a charge of battery at a restaurant in the 1200 block of Church Street on Aug. 12 at 8:42 p.m. Police said Kubisak later posted bond and was released pending a Sept. 25 appearance at the DeKalb County Courthouse in Sycamore.

Warrant arrest

Sandwich police arrested Aubrey Burns, 36, of the 300 block of South Wells Street, Sandwich, at her residence Aug. 22 at 3:49 p.m. Police said Burns was wanted on a DeKalb County warrant for failure to appear in court. Burns later posted bond and was released pending a Sept. 13 appearance at the DeKalb County Courthouse in Sycamore.

Plano man arrested on DUI charge

Sandwich police arrested Bradley Goodbred, 50, of Frazier Road, Plano, after stopping the vehicle he was driving Aug. 25 at 1:33 a.m. at the intersection of Drew and Church streets. Police said Goodbred was charged with driving under the influence. He posted bond and was released pending a Sept. 17 appearance at the Kendall County Courthouse in Yorkville.

Motorist cited in crash

Sandwich police arrested Ceceilia Montoya, 29, of North Street, Leland, after the vehicle she was driving was involved in a minor crash on Route 34 at Duvick Street on Aug. 24 at 1:19 p.m. Police said no one was hurt in the accident, but Montoya was charged with driving on a suspended license. Montoya posted bond and was released pending a Sept. 19 appearance at the Kendall County Courthouse in Yorkville.

License violation

Sandwich police arrested Ryan Russo, 35, of Oak Avenue, Sandwich, after they stopped his vehicle in the 1300 block of Wright Drive on Aug. 25 at 3:08 a.m. Police said Russo was charged with driving on a revoked license. He posted bond and was released pending an Oct. 3 appearance at the DeKalb County Courthouse in Sycamore.
