OSF Medical Group welcomes new Streator provider

Advanced Practice Nurse Arika Safranski is joining the family medicine care team of Dr. Tariq Khan and Joan Luckey, APN, at OSF HealthCare Medical Group Center for Health-Streator.

Safranski, a native of Peru, is excited to return to the Illinois Valley to provide patient-focused, holistic care for patients of all ages and areas of life, according to an OSF release. She strives to work with each patient to create an individualized care plan that utilizes evidence-
based practices.

Safranski holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Northern Illinois University, where she graduated magna cum laude and a Master of Science in nursing from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.

Safranski joined the Family Medicine team Nov. 19 at 111 Spring St., Streator. Appointments are available, including same-day appointments for urgent needs, by calling 815-672-4587.
