Russell and Nancee (McFadden) Antolik of Streator will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on January 18th. They were united in marriage on January 18, 1969 at St. Stephens Church.
Parents of the couple are the late John and Mary Antolik and Dean and Martha (Peggy) McFadden.
The wedding party included David Elias, Robert Gayon, David Antolik, Larry McFadden, Lynn (Gnuske) McFadden, Paula (Stewart) Schneider, Diane (Antolik) Aukland and Mary Beth (Antolik) Lundy. Flower girl was Judith Vendryzk and ushers were brothers of the bride – Daryl and Jay McFadden.
They are the parents of four children, Brian Antolik of East Peoria, Jennifer (Kenneth) Sangston of Marseilles, Vicki (Scott) Schaefer of Flanagan, and Corinna (Scott) Harms of Tonica. They have eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Russ retired from Owens-Brockway. He worked as a part-time driver for Vactor and retired two years ago. Nancee retired as office manager for Dr. Raymond Daou, retiring after 28 years.
A dinner will take place in celebration.
