• Katherine A. Korneder, 31, of the 900 block of North 14th Street, DeKalb, was charged Friday, Jan. 4, with assault and criminally trespassing on a residence.

• Montrell T. Taylor, 18, of the 800 block of Ridge Drive, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Jan. 5, with battery.

• Monica L. Smith, 30, of the 800 block of Russell Road, DeKalb, was charged Friday, Jan. 4, with battery, battery causing bodily harm, and possession of marijuana.

• Madison H. Ricke, 19, of the 1300 block of East Dresser Road, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Jan. 5, with retail theft and violation of the liquor control act.

• Steven Michael Pokorny, 24, of the 300 block of Cloverleaf Court, DeKalb, was charged Friday, Jan. 4, with domestic battery.

• Brittney A. Riggs, 25, of the 800 block of Greenbrier Road, DeKalb, was arrested Friday, Jan. 4, on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

• Terril L. Myers, 45, of the 600 block of Ellwood Avenue, DeKalb, was arrested Saturday, Jan. 5, on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

• Montrell T. Taylor, 18, of the 800 block of Ridge Drive, DeKalb, was arrested Saturday, Jan. 5, on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

• Brendon G. Elliot, 32, of the 1100 block of Rushmoore Drive, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Jan. 5, with retail theft.

• Michael C. Johnson, 49, of the 1100 block of West Lincoln Highway, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Jan. 5, with unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Johnson also was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court.
