DeKalb police find missing teen in closet in Annie Glidden North

DeKALB – Police found a long-missing girl Tuesday in a closet in the 800 block of Ridge Drive, according to DeKalb police Cmdr. Bob Redel.

Anna Racine was reported missing in November after she, 16 at the time, and 15-year-old Melissa Camargo of Rockford, had fled Gateway Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center, 1080 E. Park St. in Carbondale.

Redel said Racine was found Tuesday, on an unrelated call during which she was hiding in a closet.
