• Danny J. Moore, 51, of the 1200 block of Elizabeth Street in DeKalb, was charged Friday, Jan. 11, with battery.

• Jada A. Greene, 20, of the 1000 block of Regent Drive in DeKalb, was charged Friday, Jan. 11, with retail theft.

• Shelby J. Foster, 21, of the 1000 block of Regent Drive in DeKalb, was charged Friday, Jan. 11, with retail theft.

• Jason W. Merritt, 32, of the 700 block of Royal Saint George Drive in Naperville, was charged Friday, Jan. 11, with a warrant for failing to appear in court and a violation of parole by contacting a street gang.

• Dymetrius L. Town, 29, of the 500 block of North Strack Street in Cortland, was charged Friday, Jan. 11, with driving without a license.

• Eric Scott Hayton, 44, of the 100 block of East Lincoln Highway in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Jan. 12, with domestic battery, interfering with a domestic violence report and criminal damage to property.

• Douglas S. Lane, 45, of the 200 block of West Locust Street in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Jan. 12, with driving with a suspended license.

• Ramiro H. Avila, 21, of the 1100 block of North Main Street in Rochelle, was charged Saturday, Jan. 12, with driving on a suspended license.

• Patrick K. Owens, 27, of the 800 block of Hillcrest Drive in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Jan. 12, with driving on a suspended license, illegal transportation of liquor while driving, and possession of marijuana.
