Police reports for Jan. 18

DeKalb County

• Skylar E. Shields, 22, of the 100 block of North Fourth Street, Malta, was charged Thursday, Jan. 17, with disobeying a yield sign, driving without insurance, and driving on a suspended license.

DeKalb city

• Lillian R. Zepeda, 18, of the 1100 block of South State Street, Aurora, was charged Tuesday, Jan. 15, with retail theft.

• Deonte C. McPhan, 24, of the 1000 block of Aspen Court, DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, Jan. 16, with burglary.

• Jessica R. Cordero, 22, of the 100 block of East Lark Avenue, Cortland, was arrested Wednesday, Jan. 16, on a warrant for failure to appear in court.
