• Julie Ann Winkowski, 47, of the 11000 block of Frederick Pike, Vandalia, was charged Friday, Jan. 18, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

• Tyla E. Dean, 19, of the 200 block of Chesterfield Drive, Waterman, was charged Friday, Jan. 18, on a warrant for a failure to appear in court.

• Abigail Flores, 30, of the 800 block of Ridge Drive, DeKalb, was charged Friday, Jan. 18, with domestic battery.

• Johnnie D. Johnson, 28, of the
800 block of East 74th Street, Chicago, was charged Friday, Jan. 18, on a warrant for a failure to appear in court.

• Anna L. Jensen, 21, of the
1000 block of North 14th Street, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Jan. 19, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

• Abraham C. Arias, 25, of the
300 block of West Alden Place, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Jan. 19, with aggravated domestic battery, criminal damage to property, domestic battery and interference of reporting domestic violence.

DeKalb County

• Dessarey B. Flores, 22, of the
700 block of Grove Street, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Jan. 20, with driving under the influence of alcohol.
