Joseph W. Drake, 38, of the 200 block of Belle Drive, Northlake, was charged at 8:30 p.m. Jan. 22 with retail theft at Home Depot, 2000 Butterfield Road, Downers Grove.

Kenta King, 19, of the 500 block of Mackinaw Street, Calumet City, was charged at 12:32 p.m. Jan. 16 with aggravated assault in the 800 block of Pasquinelli Drive.
DUI
• Daniel Leitch, 28, of the 7300 block of Woodward Avenue, Woodridge, was charged at 4:10 a.m. Jan. 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and no insurance in the 800 block of North Kingery Highway.
• Jose Nunez, 34, of the 1900 block of Loomes Avenue, Downers Grove, was charged at 12:58 a.m. Jan. 16 with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and improper lane use in the 200 block of North Cass Avenue.
• Christine Cannarella, 58, of the 5400 block of Webster Street, Downers Grove, was charged at 12:06 a.m. Jan. 19 with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, no insurance and improper lane use in the 400 block of West Burlington Avenue.
• Tricia Quast, 39, of the 100 block of Indian Drive, Clarendon Hills, was charged at 6:37 p.m. Jan. 20 with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, failure to report an accident and leaving the scene of an accident in the zero to 100 block of East Quincy Street.
Public indecency
Nolan Allen, 24, of the 500 block of Brookside Drive, Westmont, was charged at 12:46 a.m. Jan. 18 with a public indecency warrant and resisting a peace officer in the 1300 block of South Williams Street.
Theft
A purse valued at $355 reportedly was stolen between 7 and 9 p.m. Jan. 13 from a business in the 900 block of Pasquinelli Drive, Westmont.
