Cathy Moore Hill

DIXON – Cathy Moore Hill, 56, of Dixon died on Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2019 at her home.

She was born in Dixon on July 24, 1962. She was the daughter of David and Nancy Moore. She graduated from Dixon High School. Cathy loved sports. She played tennis, softball & basketball. She also loved to hunt & fish. Cathy retired from the Dixon Correctional Center in 2017. Cathy married Jim Hill in 2009. He was the love of her life.

She is survived by her husband, her parents, one son Eugene Michael Hufford, 2 daughters Amber (Matt) Lake Placid, FL, Jessica (Ryan) Schryver, one step daughter Nichole Hill, 3 stepsons Dexter Hill, Tanner Hill, Spencer Hill, 4 grandchildren Kallie & Lukas Schryver and Cheyenne & Savannah Hufford, her sister Terri (Morris) Olsen of Janesville, WI, Rebecca (Bryan) Grafton, Dixon, one niece Taylor Tetrick, and one nephew Cadyn Grafton. Cathy loved her family and will be greatly missed. She will also be missed by her cat, Missy.

At her request there will be no services. She will be cremated and arrangements being made by Preston-Schilling Funeral Home. Her ashes will be spread in Lake Chetek, WI, where she loved to fish.
