Connie K. Blum

FRANKLIN GROVE – Connie K. Blum, 74, of Franklin Grove, IL, passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2019, at her home in Franklin Grove.

Connie was born July 3, 1944, in Amboy, IL, the daughter of Joseph and Delois (Lane) Reynolds.

She was a member of Church of the Brethren in Franklin Grove. Connie enjoyed putting puzzles together, and tending to her flowers with the poppy being her favorite.

She is survived by her three children, Lanette (Tom) Bushman of Dixon, Brent (Terri) Erisman of TN and Wade (Dawn) Erisman of Corning, AR; sister Vivian (Jim) Morris of Lampe, MO, twin sister Bonnie (Dave) Fruth of McPherson, KS; seven grandchildren, Marc Erisman, Tabitha Bushman, Blake Erisman, Cody Erisman, Trista Erisman, Gabriel Erisman, and Justin Erisman; eight great grandchildren and one on the way.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents, one son Rendall Erisman, three brothers, Joe Paul Reynolds, Duane Reynolds and Ranny Reynolds.

Memorial visitation from 2:30-4:30 p.m., on Saturday, February 9, 2019, at the VFW #540, 1560 IL-38, Dixon. Celebration of Life will be from 4:30 p.m., until the last person leaves at the VFW in Dixon. Burial of Cremated remains will be at Emmert Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the VFW #540

Arrangements are being completed by Preston-Schilling Funeral Home in Dixon.
