City of DeKalb

• Michael K. Cook, 33, of the 800 block of Charles St., DeKalb, was arrested Thursday, Feb. 14, on a warrant for failing to appear in court.

• Mike Anthony Frank, 33, of the
100 block of North Hickory Street, Cortland, was charged Thursday, Feb. 14, with battery and criminal damage to property.

• Cesar K. Sanchez, 23, of the
1700 block of Brock Circle, Sycamore, was charged Thursday, Feb. 14, with retail theft.

• Tristan Watson, 23, of DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, Feb. 13, with criminal trespass to land.

DeKalb County

• Melissa A. Hart, 39, of the 800 block of West Hillcrest Drive, DeKalb, was arrested Thursday, Feb. 14, on a warrant for failing to appear in court relating to aggravated driving under the influence.
