Lindsey was born on March 31, 1996, to proud parents George and Peggy (Sipe) Grams in Sterling, Illinois. She attended Camanche High School, where she was a talented athlete, competing in basketball, softball, volleyball, and tennis. She graduated with honors in the Class of 2014. Following high school she attended Kirkwood Community College earning her Associates Degree in 2018, specializing in Occupational Therapy.

Lindsey had a humble heart and was at her happiest when helping others in any way she could. Her friends and family could always count on her to brighten their day. She always had a smile to share, and what a bright and beautiful smile it was. Her outer beauty paling only in comparison to her inner beauty. To know Lindsey truly was to love her. Her gentle, caring personality was part of what made her so good at her profession. She worked as an Occupational Therapist Assistant for Southwest Health at Epione in Cuba City, Wisconsin where she was adored by her patients and coworkers.

Family meant everything to Lindsey. A daddy’s girl from the very beginning and at the same time her mom was her best friend. She spent a lot of her free time hunting and fishing with her big brothers, and more often than not, showed them how it’s done. Her nieces and nephews shared a special bond with her; they rarely heard her tell them “no” anytime they wanted her to play with them or take them anywhere. Lindsey’s close-knit group of friends she grew up with remained close into adulthood and were an extension of her family. “The Fab Four” shared many of the happiest, most care-free times together. Her best friends Julia and Jordan are still endeared as “Aunt Julia” and “Uncle Jordan” by Lindsey’s nieces and nephews. Lindsey had a special love for animals and cherished the bond she had with her many pets.

Lindsey’s love will be carried on in the hearts of her parents, George and Peggy; four siblings, Michael (Kristin) Armstrong, Jr. of Savanna, Jill Akers of Bristow, Virginia, Nathen (Morgan) Wurster of Savanna, and Kendall (Josee) Grams of Camanche; eleven nieces and nephews, Paige, Kole, Charley, Breanna, Tanner, Wyatt, Wayde, Reece, Maci, Addison, and Hayden; her maternal grandmother, Linda Sipe of Mt. Carroll; paternal grandparents, Carl and Gloria (Sibley) Grams of Sterling, several aunts and uncles, and many cousins.

Lindsey is preceded in death by her maternal grandfathers, Robert D. Sipe and Charles B. Sipe; one uncle, Charles “Fat Kid” Sipe; and one cousin, Donald J. Sipe.
