Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a report of criminal trespass to property that occurred at 11:03 p.m. in the 5000 block of Route 34 in Oswego Township. Police said the incident remains under investigation.
Vehicle reported damaged
Sheriff’s deputies took a report of criminal damage to a vehicle at 10:30 p.m. May 24 at a residence in the 0-100 block of Kevin Lane in Oswego Township. Police said the victim told deputies that someone entered their vehicle and damaged its interior. Police said they are investigating.
Trespass arrest
Sheriff’s deputies arrested Luis Saavedra-Muniz, 26, of the 1100 block of Ohio Street, Aurora, at 1:41 a.m. May 25 in the 0-99 block of Shore Court, Oswego Township, on charges of criminal trespass to residence and criminal damage to property. Police said the suspect was treated for injuries at an area hospital and then transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville pending court proceedings.
Light Road incident under investigation
Sheriff’s deputies were summoned to a residence in the 1900 block of Light Road in Oswego Township at 1:02 a.m. May 26 on a report of a fight with weapons. Upon arrival, police said deputies were told that the incident was a domestic battery, but neither of the parties involved wished to sign complaints. Police said the incident remains under investigation.
Warrant arrest
Sheriff’s deputies arrested Brittney Ashley Brown, 20, of the 1000 block of Terrace Lake Drive, Aurora, after stopping the vehicle she was a passenger at 9:44 p.m. May 26 at Goodwin Drive and Emerald Drive in Oswego Township. Police said Brown was found to be wanted on a DuPage County warrant for failure to appear in court. She was transported to the County Jail pending court proceedings.

Sheriff’s deputies arrested Daniel M. North, 49, of High Street, Aurora, at 2:23 p.m. May 26 in the 1100 block of Route 30 on an warrant for failing to appear in court on a prior charge of driving on a revoked license. Police said North was transported to the County Jail pending court proceedings.
Warrant arrest
Sheriff’s deputies arrested Ashley Louise Dilling, 21, of the 400 block of Montgomery Road, Montgomery at 1:37 a.m. May 23 at the sheriff’s office on a Kendall County warrant for failure to appear in court on a prior charge of violating an order of protection. Police said Dilling later posted bond and was released pending a court appearance.

Sheriff’s deputies arrested Eric S. Richardson, 36, of the 300 block of Woodlawn Avenue, Aurora, at 12:23 p.m. May 22 at the County Jail on two Kendall County warrants. Richardson later posted bond and was released pending a court appearance.
Protection order violation
Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a report of a violation of an order of protection that occurred at 7 p.m. May 21 at a home in the 100 block of Beauwick Drive in Boulder Hill.

Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a report of a domestic battery that they were told occurred at 10:15 p.m. May 22 at a home in the 0-99 Pomeroy Road in Boulder Hill.
Vehicle reported stolen
Sheriff’s deputies took a report of a stolen vehicle at 9:55 a.m. May 22 in the 0-99 block of Morgan Court in Bristol Township. Police said the vehicle was stolen from the driveway of a residence.
Hit-and-run reported
Sheriff’s deputies took a report of a hit-and-run crash that occurred at 5:43 p.m. May 22 on Line Road at Wheeler Road in NaAuSay Township. Police said the victim told deputies that another vehicle had crashed into her vehicle and kept going.
Burglary under investigation
Sheriff’s deputies are investigating the burglary of a home that occurred at 6 p.m. May 20 in the 0-100 block of Springdale Road in Boulder Hill. Police said undisclosed items were taken and the case remains under investigation.
