Principle to construct building in Libertyville

ROSEMONT – Principle Construction, a full-service design build general contractor, broke ground June 7 on a new 126,611-square-foot warehouse and office building for Pharma Logistics at 1801 N. Butterfield Road in Libertyville.

“Principle has a great track record of building office and warehouse flex spaces, and we’re looking forward to working with them on this project,” said Michael Zaccaro, CEO/president at Pharma Logistics.

“This new state-of-the-art building will allow us to expand our growing business and support the needs of our current and future customers.”

The build-to-suit will include eight docks, one drive-in door, 188 parking spaces and 30-foot clear height ceilings. The building will be equipped with two RTUs for the warehouse and five RTUs for the office, 1600-amp service and high bay LED light fixtures.

The company is expanding from its locations in Mundelein and Libertyville.
