[Moveable Feast in Geneva (shown) has opened an eye-catching restaurant in Wheaton and operates a wedding and special event venue in downtown Aurora.] GENEVA – On the food front, Moveable Feast in Geneva is expanding its reach. The longtime cafe and catering business is operating a private, luxury event venue in downtown Aurora and recently launched Moveable Feast + Company in Wheaton. The latter includes a spacious, full-service restaurant, whose eye-catching interior in white serves as canvas for artisan foods. The combination restaurant with full bar, cafe, bakery, catering company and a deli offering fresh juices is the latest project for co-owners Ashley and Matt Marquez, who purchased the original Moveable Feast in Geneva six years ago. The downtown Wheaton location markedly expands the couple's previous scope of offerings, including the addition of dinners this past winter. The transformation of the former Front Street Cantina took six months, Ashley Marquez said in an email. "It was a complete makeover," she said. "Matt has a background in construction and did the build-out, and I did the design." (Renee Tomell)
