Failure to yield citation

Plano police cited Annette Muniz, 46, of the 1000 block of Arkansas Drive, Elk Grove Village, for failure to yield at a stop or intersection, after responding to a traffic accident at 5:08 p.m. Sept. 25 in the area of Dearborn Street and Hale Street. The occupants of the second vehicle were treated at the scene for mild injuries by Little Rock-Fox paramedics and were released. Muniz declined treatment and was given a date to appear in Kendall County Court.

Driving while license suspended, warrant arrest

Plano police arrested Aubree Moore, 20, of the 6800 block of Route 71, Yorkville, on a charge of driving while license suspended and a failure to appear warrant for obstructing identification from DeKalb County after conducting a traffic stop at 1:39 a.m. Sept. 28 in the area of Eldamain Road and Cummins Street. Moore was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail to await bond. Moore was given a date to appear in Kendall County Court for the charge of driving while license suspended.

In-state warrant arrest

Plano police arrested Alexander Nunez, 25, of the 600 block of East Edgelawn Drive, Plano, on a warrant from Kendall County after conducting a warrant arrest at 3:11 p.m. Sept. 28 in the 600 block of East Edgelawn Drive. Nunez was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail to await bond.
