David Michael Stahl

MOUNT MORRIS – David Michael Stahl, age 60, passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2019, in KSB Hospital, Dixon.

David was born March 22, 1959, in Dixon, the son of Harry M. & Dorothy (Kielsmeier) Stahl. David graduated from Mt. Morris High School Class of 1977. He worked as a carpenter for 36 years in Florida. David enjoyed hunting, fishing, all sports, especially the Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs.

David is survived by his daughter, Shawna (John Rizzo) Stahl, Bonita Springs, FL; grandchildren, Jorden & Mason Rizzo, Bonita Springs, FL; mother, Dorothy Stahl, Mt. Morris, IL; brother, Danny Stahl, Forreston, IL; sisters, Ruth Cross, Rockford, IL and Rhonda Bachman, Rockford, IL; nephew, Warren (Kelley) Stahl; nieces, Danielle (Joe) Langan and Leah (Josh) Powell; four great-nephews; and two great-nieces.

David is preceded in death by his father, Harry Stahl.

Per David’s request cremation services have been accorded with Finch Funeral Home, 405 East Hitt, Mt. Morris, IL.
